Shipping Policy

csba.org uses a combination of UPS or United States Postal Service to deliver your purchases. csba.org ships packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and the week between Christmas Eve and New Years Day.

UPS Ground delivers Monday through Friday. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Unfortunately, csba.org does not currently offer weekend delivery services. To estimate the length of time it will take to deliver your order, add the processing timeframe to the general delivery timeframe of 1 - 3 business days. The delivery timeframe for your order will be based on the shipping method you chose during the checkout process. Remember to add the processing timeframe to the delivery method you chose to estimate the delivery time. All shipping timeframes are quoted in business days.

Shipping Delays
csba.org will make every effort to fill all orders placed, however delays and backorders may occur. If a delay or a backorder does occur you will receive prompt notification via e-mail or telephone. If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item has not been shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay and will ship your order accordingly.

Shipping Errors - Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any and all actual shipping charges incurred. Once the package is received back at CSBA, csba.org will issue a credit back to the original payment method for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost and any surcharges of shipping your package to you. Any actual shipping charges and/or any shipping surcharges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping as part of a promotion. csba.org needs to enforce this policy to defray all unnecessary shipping costs. This policy does not apply to products that were damaged in shipping.
